Arias, Fábrega & Fábrega represented the lenders, in connection with a EUR €126 million secured credit facility to the Spanish conglomerate Grupo Ezentis, guaranteed by certain subsidiaries of the conglomerate in Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean.

The group a lenders consisted of, among others, various Highbridge investment funds.
