Arias, Fábrega & Fábrega represented Soluxury HMC of the Group Accor, in its opposition against the application of the trademark “Maybed Not Just a Mattress" and design No.224363-01.

By means of the Sentence No.23, of April 13, 2015, the Panamanian Judicial Court resolved in favor of Soluxury HMC, denying the registration of the trademark application for “Maybed Not Just a Mattress" and design, in Class 20, and in the name of the local concern Maybed Mattress, S.A.
