Arias, Fábrega & Fábrega represented Sociedad Alimentos de Primera in its opposition suit against the trademark application for Pili y diseño No.225151-01, in International Class 29,and  by means of the Sentence No.5, of January 16, 2014, the Panamanian Judicial Court resolved in our favor, denying the registration of the trademark application for Pili y diseño.

ARIFA IP legal team was able to protect the cow designs integrated in the marks for "Bonlac e Milk and design", "Diseño de mancha", "Bonlac and design" and "Diseños de Manchas Bonlac", belonging to the defendant , Sociedad de Alimentos de Primera, S.A., which are being used in the local market; against  the potential registration and use of the mark Pili and design, with a very similar cow design, to cover the same products, in Class 29 international.
