Arias, Fábrega & Fábrega represented Converse Inc. in the review of a new Converse license agreement.

This manufacturing, distribution and trademark license agreement was reviewed from the Colombian and Panamanian law perspective, in team with the Colombian Cardenas & Cardenas law firm, another Interlaw member firm.

It provided the client with the needed advised to establish its distribution in the Republic of Panama and Colombia.
