Arias, Fábrega & Fábrega, has been entrusted to update the trademark portfolio of the Swiss company Videoserpel Ltd., on behalf of Televisa. Accordingly, we recorded the changes of the aforesaid company up to Mountrigi Management Group Ltd, and for that purpose, the Industrial Property Office took note of the following:

1. Merger of Videoserpel Ltd with an into Televisa Mexico Ltd, being last company the surviving corporation,
2. Transference of the ownership Rights of Televisa Mexico Ltd, by means of a Deed of Assignment subscribed with Videopersel Ltd, which became the legitimate owner of the Rights until December 18, 2012, wherein by a Special Assembly of Shareholders was resolved to change the company name to Mountrigi Management Group Ltd.
3. Recordal of a License Agreement subscribed between Mountrigi Management Group Ltd and Televisa S.A. De C.V. at the Industrial Property Office, in connection with the trademarks of Mountrigi, so as to prove, on Mountrigi’s behalf, the use of the trademarks in our country.

Kindly note that this company handles intangible property, especially, trademarks, copyrights, the rights to names, slogans, logos and indications, to describe programs, and the operation of radio programs; the rights to newspaper and magazine titles, the rights to movies, as well as the rights to program contents (broadcasts) in the area of series, entertainment and comedies, children’s programs, music contests, sports, culture and interview programs.

Recently, we have learned that UEFA Champions League and UEFA Super Cup has assigned media content rights to Mountrigi for the seasons 2015 to 2018, to exploit them across all media platforms including television, internet and mobile on a linear and on-demand basis, in the Latin American countr ies, except Brazil.
