ARIFA acted as counsel to both parties in the transaction, controlling the transfer process and ensuring a smooth closing, participating not only in the negotiations and structure of the deal, but also taking care of the relevant filings and registrations in Panama, by virtue of the operations of the aircraft by Copa Airlines.
