The Panamanian Government successfully extends the maturity date of US$220 million in CPPs relating to Road Reorganization Projects

Arias, Fábrega & Fábrega has advised The Bank of Nova Scotia in connection with the extension by the Panamanian Government of the maturity of US$220 million in "cuentas de pago parcial" (CPP) relating to the Road Reorganization Projects.

This was the first time that such extension is made without a guaranty from a multinational entity.
