Arias, Fábrega & Fábrega has advised Global Bank Corporation in the issuance of the bank's CHF 75 million (US$80 million) Corporate Bonds due 2018.

This is one of the first bond issuances by a Panamanian bank to be listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
