Arias, Fábrega & Fábrega has advised Bancolombia, in connection with a US$81 million term loan facility to Corporación de Energía del Istmo Ltd., S.A. (CEISA) for the purpose of constructing two hydroelectric generation plants in the Province of Veraguas, Republic of Panama. 

The transaction was fully Panamanian, for which reason ARIFA took the leading role in drafting and negotiating all the documents (including not only the loan agreement but also the trust agreement, two mortgages, an assignment agreement, a share pledge agreement and other ancillary agreements).
