Arias, Fábrega & Fábrega acted as counsel to Colombia's Terranum Hoteles in a multi-stage transaction for an undisclosed amount. The acquisition of Decameron Hotels and six of its international subsidiaries transpired over nine jurisdictions and involved 20 law firms. Terranum became the owner of one of the largest hotel chains in Latin America.
