Arias, Fábrega & Fábrega represented Seajacks UK Limited in connection with the purchase and delivery of the newly built Panamanian flag self elevating unit "Seajacks Hydra", and the financing made available by ING Bank N.V. and other lenders, in connection with the acquisition of the "Seajacks Hydra".

Seajacks UK Limited is a leading service provider for installation and maintenance of offshore wind turbines and foundations, and for maintenance, modification, construction and decommission of wells and platforms in the oil & gas sector in the North Sea. 

The Seajacks Hydra is a self-propelled jack-up vessel specifically designed for offshore wind and oil and gas installation and maintenance services. 

ARIFA has also represented Seajacks UK Limited in connection with the purchase and delivery of all its fleet, currently in operation: Seajacks Kraken, Seajacks Leviathan and Seajacks Zaratan, which are all Panamanian flagged, handling all legal matters in Panama and the technical aspects with the Merchant Marine Administration.
