The Medal of Honor to Merit "Don Justo Arosemena" is conferred only to lawyers who have exercised the profession and have been members of the College of Lawyers for more than twenty-five years.

The College of Lawyers of the Republic of Panama bestowed the Medal of Honor to Merit  "Don Justo Arosemena" to Dr. Cecilio Castillero who has been with the law firm Arias, Fábrega & Fábrega since 1971.

About Don Justo Arosemena 
Justo Arosemena is considered as one of the most distinguished Panamanians who lived in the XIX century before the country separated from Colombia.  He was a scholar in several disciplines and both his public and private life were and continue to be admired and respected by his fellow countrymen.
