Eduardo de Alba, Partner of Arias, Fábrega & Fábrega, was among the distinguished national and international speakers during The Panama Maritime IX, considered the most important event of the region's maritime sector.

Panama Maritime IX is organized by the Maritime Law Association of Panama and the Maritime Chamber of Panama, with the support of the Panama Canal Authority and the Panama Maritime Authority.

As part or the three-day program, Mr. de Alba delivered a conference on Mortgage Foreclosure Process in the Reforms to the Maritime Procedure Law.
