Following the completion of his Master of Laws (LL.M.) at Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C., Fernando A. Icaza has rejoined ARIFA as an Associate, further strengthening the firm's capabilities in key practice areas, including Banking and Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), and Securities Regulation.
