ARIFA was pleased to welcome graduating and pre-graduating students from the International Academy of Panama (AIP) as part of the school's Career Week, an initiative that gives students the opportunity to explore the professions and industries that interest them and engage with the professionals who work in those fields every day.

During the visit, our partners, associates, and leaders from the Human Resources, Continuing Legal Education, and Business Development teams shared their professional experiences, answered students' questions, and provided valuable insights into the practice of law and the diverse career opportunities available within the legal profession.

At ARIFA, we believe that investing in young talent is an investment in Panama's future. We value initiatives like Career Week because they allow us to contribute to the development of the next generation of professionals, inspire them, and support them as they make one of the most important decisions of their lives: choosing their future career path.
