María C. Arroyo joined the firm in 1984 and became a partner in 1995.
Ms. Arroyo is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and Operations Committee. She is also Head of the firm’s Commercial and Real Estate Practice Group.
Ms. Arroyo practice focuses on commercial transactions and contracts; real estate and property; government permits and administrative matters; and banking and finance.
In the area of real estate and property, Ms. Arroyo has extensive experience in the negotiation and drafting of purchase, lease, joint-venture, management and construction agreements, as well as condominium rules, in connection with beach resorts, residential projects, exclusive condominiums, commercial premises, hotels, casinos and shopping centers.
Ms. Arroyo also has significant experience in the financing of commercial and residential projects.
